As the son of immigrants, I learned early on the value of hard work. That mindset helped me break into sports media, where I went from an eager newcomer to producing a show with a legendary Philadelphia host. Behind the scenes, I discovered my passion for optimization—scheduling guests, coordinating segments, and analyzing odds with a gambling analyst. That same drive to improve systems and solve problems led me to software engineering. Whether analyzing a football team’s struggles or debugging code, I thrive on problem-solving and collaboration. I’m looking for my next challenge—another system to optimize, another team to elevate. Will it be yours?

The NBA Player Randomizer is a simple web app that gives you a random NBA player along with their team, position, and where they came from before entering the league — whether that be college, high school, or country. When the user clicks the “Get Player” button, the app fetches data from the BallDon’tLie API and then uses the Leaflet API to find and display that location on an interactive map. The project is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a clean and centered layout that features a background of an NBA court!
